    What does it really cost?
    Pricing is quote-based, per-piece and per-spec. Any USD figure on this site — including the Cubing Bay bands — is an indicative example that moves with grade, construction, finish and container cubing. Your real number comes from a quotation on your item list. We never publish a fixed guaranteed price.
    Is it legal, and is it EUDR-ready?
    Teak export requires SVLK (mandatory Indonesian legality) and can carry a FLEGT licence. Wood furniture is in EUDR scope, so we prepare plot geolocation and a due-diligence statement. SVLK/FLEGT alone do not guarantee EUDR — and final customs/EUDR acceptance rests with the destination authority and your broker.
    What's the MOQ and how does shipping work?
    The practical MOQ is a mixed container that cubes out economically — see the Cubing Bay above. We ship FOB from Semarang / Tanjung Emas or Surabaya / Tanjung Perak; ocean freight and insurance are your scope.
    Do you guarantee the price or the outcome?
    No. We guarantee an honest, documented FOB load built to the spec we agree — not a fixed price, not a customs outcome we don't control. Literacy first, quotation second.
    Who am I actually dealing with?
    The desk is operated by Juara Holding Group, part of Juara Holding Group, operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. Teak is built in generic Jepara workshops — we coordinate, document and load; we don't attribute prices to any named factory.
